Courtney founded Clarity Co. Counseling in 2024 after over a decade of working as a Social Worker. As a young queer black woman in the south, Courtney saw the need for community and support for other individuals with complex identities. She has dedicated her career to helping others with their healing journey.
When Courtney isn’t in the therapist chair, you can find her cozied up reading a book, working on a puzzle, or whatever random hobby she’s hyper focused on at the moment. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her favorite mini Golden doodle Chance.

Nadiyah Barrow, MSW, LCSWA
Outpatient Therapist

Nadiyah is a therapist, advocate, and community builder. Known for her warm energy, creativity, and ability to make difficult topics approachable. As a social worker and mental health professional, Nadiyah specializes in cultivating conversations around wellness, consent, relationships, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Warren Gibbs, MSW, LCSWA
Outpatient TherapisT
Currently accepting new clients ages 6+, in-person and virtual.
Warren is skilled and experienced in working with men, women, youth, and adolescents on a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-image and self-esteem, anger management, stress management, autism spectrum disorder, and trauma. Warren works with couples, families, and individuals.
Warren uses Motivational Interviewing techniques to actively listen to concerns, he then utilizes theoretical approaches and modalities from DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
His approach consists of building a therapeutic alliance with clients, establishing trust to ensure client feels safe and comfortable. Warren is humble, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental meeting clients where they are in their healing. Warren’s motto is; “I am the coach, the client the player, and together we’ll create a playbook together to get the win.”

Chance is a 2 year old mini Golden doodle. He has been an essential team member of Clarity Co. since 2024. Chance occasionally supervises telehealth sessions, and ensures the team stays on track.
When Chance is off the clock, he enjoys spending time with his mommies, going on walks, and playing with his toys. Chance loves belly rubs and eating his morning blueberries.
